ASTRO Straight
Glasst (G9 3 x 40
watt) |
 |
The
Astro is a three globe light. These lights can be used with the Aurora,
Majestic and the Typhoon range. They are commonly used with pull-cord
style ceiling fans as the pull-cord can drop between the globes. The
colours of the Astro directly correlate to the motor housings of the
pull-cord ceiling fan range. The light operates with three G9 x 40watt
globes. The glass covering around the globe is cylindrical and refracts
the light to increase the luminescence of the globes creating a
slightly brighter light. The individual lights can be adjusted to the
owners’ preference. The globes are easily accessible and can
be changed in the same way as the standard screw-in 60watt globes that
are commonly used in houses.

White, White Birch, Matt Black, Brushed Chrome, Antique Brass, Satin
Brass, Polished Brass |

LUNA Round
Glass (G9 3 x 40
watt) |
 |
The Luna
is a three globe light. These lights can be used with the Aurora,
Majestic and Typhoon range. They are commonly used with the pull-cord
style of ceiling fans as the pull-cord can drop between the globes. The
colours of the Luna directly correlate to the motor housings of the
pull-cord ceiling fan range. The light operates with three G9 x 40watt
globes. The glass covering around the globe is cylindrical like the
Astro but has a curvature in the glass. Like the Astro, the Luna light
is refracted increasing the luminescence of the globes creating a
slightly brighter light. The individual lights can be adjusted to the
owners’ preference. The globes are easily accessible and can
be changed in the same way as the standard screw-in 60watt globes that
are commonly used in houses.

The
Verona is a three globe light. Like the Astro and the Luna this light
kit is ideal for installation with the pull-cord range of ceiling fans.
The Verona light kits are available in a range of colours to complement
the fan motor housings as well as integrate the light as smoothly as
possible. The light has three GU10 x 50watt globes that are easily
replaced just like the normal household screw-in globes. The light has
no covering around the actual globe which increases the amount of light
that is available in the room. The individual globes can be adjusted to
suit the owner’s individual preferences.

Ceiling
Mount Kits (Straight
or angled)
|
 |
Note:
The standard canopy cover which allows for installation on pitched
ceilings of up to 32 degrees only applies to some fans, others may be
less than that.
If the pitch of the ceiling is above 32 degrees it is necessary to
purchase a ceiling kit, which allows further rotation in the ball joint
within the mounting bracket, allowing the ceiling fan to hang parallel
to the floor. One consideration that should be taken into account is
that if the fan is installed on a pitched ceiling, the distance between
the tip of the blade and sloped ceiling should be approximately 30cm
(1ft) to allow maximum air circulation. If this distance is reduced the
airflow produced by the ceiling fan will also be proportionally
reduced. To overcome this problem a down rod should be used in
conjunction with the ceiling kit (see the down rod section).
Colours Available:
White Birch, White, Brushed Chrome, Matt Black, Satin Brass, Polished
Brass, Antique Brass |

Icon
Sail Blades (165cm
(65") |
 |
The Icon
ceiling fan has an option of cloth sail blades. The blades are 165cm
(65") in diameter and are available in a range of colours. Because the
sail blades are slightly larger, the speed at which the fan spins is
reduced proportionally to the blade length. This does not generally
affect the amount of air moved by the fan. This is because the size of
the blade is increased, increasing the amount of air that is moved in
each revolution. The cloth inserts are available as a separate
accessory so it is feasible, depending on the décor in the
room, that the fan blade inserts can be replaced to match the colour
scheme in the room.
Colours Available:
Blue, Red, Yellow, White, Natural |

Concept
Fan Blades - Moulded (132cm / 52") |
 |
The
Concept ceiling fan come standard with 132cm (52") wooden blades,
however customers can purchase moulded blades as an accessory. Moulded
blades are made to suit the same motor housing as the standard Concept
fan thus the blades can be changed after installation from wooden to
moulded blades to suit the interior design of the property.
Colours
Available:
White Birch, White, Brushed Aluminium, Black, Clear |

Concept
48" Fan Blades - Timber (122cm (48")
|
 |
Different
size rooms require different size ceiling fans. Our Aurora Alternatives
range is available in a range of blade lengths. However if there are
other Concepts throughout the property, continuity in appliances adds
flow to the ambiance of the property. The 122cm (48") Concept blades
are made from identical material to the 132cm (52") but are perfect for
slightly smaller room size.
Colours Available:
White Birch, White, Brushed Silver |

"T"
Hook (Ceiling Rose Fan Mounting)
|
 |
Especially
during renovations and refits in federation housing the problem often
arises where the owner would like to install ceiling fans but would
also like to keep an existing ceiling rose. The central location of the
ceiling rose within a room and the recommended location of the ceiling
fan installation often coincide. Trying to install a ceiling fan onto
the ceiling rose can often damage the sculpting and artwork. The T-Hook
allows for only one hole to be made through the existing ceiling rose
which reduces the impact on the appearance if at a later stage the
ceiling fan is removed. For functionality the ceiling fan must be
secured to a fixed mounting in the ceiling. The depth of the plaster in
the ceiling rose does not allow for this fixation without the aid of
the T-Hook. The plaster itself in the ceiling rose is not stable enough
to hold the weight of the ceiling fan and so the ceiling fan cannot be
attached directly into the plaster.
The
T-Hook is installed through a single hole in the centre of the ceiling
rose. The rod is secured to the joist or the fixed beam located in the
roof above the ceiling rose. A plate on the bottom of the rod allows
for the mounting bracket to be secured without damaging the existing
ceiling rose. The fan can then be mounted onto this plate as per the
standard installation instructions.

Universal Mounting Bracket
|
 |
To make installing a ceiling fan easier Hunter Pacific has released the Universal Mounting Brace. Made from galvanised steel and designed in Australia, simplicity is the key with such benefits such as firm and secure mounting without the need to cut and fit additional supporting members in the ceiling. A large mounting surface means no chance of screws missing the mark and reduced fan movement.
Additionally, a clever patented system allows the mounting bar to be offset at an angle to the rafters, solving the problems of cutting odd shaped cross-members.

Mains Power Noise Filter
|
 |
In certain areas of Queensland & NSW, there are signals transmitted along the power lines which can produce audible interference through certain electrical appliances. This has been a problem to a certain extent, so Hunter Pacific has introduced a signal filter which may be included with the installation of your fan, or as a retrofit if you notice you are having this problem after your fan(s) have been installed.
